Tanya Sue Huff kanadyjska pisarka fantasy, urodziła się w Halifax w Nowej Szkocji, wychowywała w Kingston, Ontario.

Swoją działalność pisarsko-zarobkową rozpoczęła wyjątkowo wcześnie - w wieku niespełna lat dziesięciu nawiązała współpracę z "The Picton Gazette". Pracowała w radiu, telewizji, stworzyła swój własny science-fiction-show. Przez 8 lat pracowała w Bakka w Ameryce Południowej - najstarszej istniejącej księgarni science fiction. Praca w tak inspirującym miejscu okazała się być brzemienna w skutki - w tym czasie napisała 7 powieści i 9 opowiadań, które niemal natychmiast ukazały się drukiem. Obok pisania swój czas dzieli między partnera, gromadkę kotów oraz psa Chihuahua.

Pomysły czerpie z życia - akcja jej powieści rozgrywa się najczęściej w realnie istniejących miejscach Toronto, Kingston, a także tam, gdzie autorka aktualnie przebywa, zaś bohaterowie to osoby spotykane przez nią na co dzień.
